BRAND: SYMBOL OF PRIDE AND QUALITY

The Iberoamérica Diseña Association, Madrid City Council, and the Foro por Madrid are presenting an exhibition dedicated to highlighting the value of graphic design in visual communication, culture, and the economy of our society.

Tens of thousands of logos and icons from the 22 Ibero-American countries were reviewed. From this visual universe, a representative sample of the most relevant symbols of municipal institutions and tourism brands was selected, which make up the graphic landscape of Ibero-American cities.

Featured brand: Mezcal Patatús (Mexico)

Among the selected brands, Mezcal Patatús has been recognized as one of the most authentic representations of contemporary Mexico. This brand has managed to position itself not only as a high-quality product, but also as an example of solid graphic identity with character.

Since its creation in 2018, Patatús' visual identity and commercial development have been handled by designers Yanina Herrera and Octavio Alberto Alonso from the YH Estrategia & Comunicación studio, who have been the curators, promoters, and guardians of its graphic evolution.
