Our mezcal is made following the traditional process of double distillation in clay pots, a technique that preserves the aromatic richness and natural flavors of the agave.
The internal rim, known as campanilla, is a fundamental detail in these clay pots, giving the mezcal a unique smoothness and authentic character that only this material can offer.
Thanks to this careful method, every sip of Mezcal Patatús reflects the essence of tradition and the terroir of San Luis Potosí.
